The domain was founded in 1988, and the cuvée that we have chosen is made exclusively with the best plots of Chardonnay. The wine is expressively not matured in barrels, because they wish to perserve the fruit and the freshness of the wine. Only 4 months on the lees to obtain just the fat and complexity needed. Exotism and typicity make a here happy mariage around a fresh, round and neat mouth.

North to San Fransisco exists the famous vine yard Napa Valley. Big houses like Moet-Hennezzy, Mumm or Drouhin are installed since 15 years already in this region with a great potential.
Tasting Note:
This chardonnay is very "california-like" - so do not expect to find the french taste. With only 40% of the wine aged in oak barrels during 5 months, the woodiness is integrated, not exagerated. The vinification labour has allowed to conserve the fruit and bring out the butter/toast/vanilla side. Green apple citrus, vanilla, this chardonnay is balanced, round and complete
