Le Gigondas 2010 a un style plus frais que 2009, avec de la prune, de la figue, mais plus graphite en finale avec plus de longueur.

Grape variety
Majority of Grenache, and then Syrah, Cinsault and Mourvèdre.

Soil
The soil of this A.O.C. covers sandy molasses, clay or old alluvial deposits with shingles.

Harvest
Grapes are hand-harvested at maturity.
Winemaking
This Gigondas is vinified in the traditional way with daily pumping-over.

Maturing
A part of the wine is aged in oak casks before being blending with the other part. This wine is aged from 12 to 16 months before bottling.
Tasting Note: 
Colour : great ruby-red colour.<br />Nose : powerful and fine, aromas of strawberry jam and pepper.<br />Mouth : the attack is floral, tannic and spicy.<br /><br />All grilled or roast meats. Cheese.
